By purchasing a plan set from Landmark Home Design ("we," "us," "our"), you ("Buyer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Liability Release, and the local Building Code acknowledgment presented at checkout. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.
Landmark Home Design sells digital, ready-to-build plan sets (PDF) for shops, garages, barndominiums, and custom homes. Plan sets typically include a foundation plan, framing and floor plans, exterior elevations, a roof plan, cross-section details, and an electrical layout guide. Exact contents are listed on each plan's product page.
Plan sets are delivered digitally by email upon completed checkout. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales are final once a plan set has been delivered. If you have not received your files or believe you were charged in error, contact us at info@landmarkhomedesign.com.
Stock plans are designed as general-purpose templates and may require modification by a licensed engineer or architect to satisfy local building codes, soil conditions, wind/snow loads, or other site-specific requirements. See the Building Code acknowledgment presented at checkout and our Liability Release for additional detail.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Landmark Home Design and its owners, employees, and affiliates (including CM Construction) are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, modification, or use of a plan set, including construction defects, code violations, permit denials, or project delays.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
